BODYBUILDING: PROGRESS RULES
Rule one: you must be a model of bodybuilding devotion.
In order to squeeze the result to the maximum at the end of each cycle, you must be 200% devoted to your favorite work – bodybuilding. Any outside interests will only bother you. The most difficult thing here is to find a reasonable balance between fanaticism and the interests of loved ones. After all, training is your own business. Your hobby should not “seize the age” of your neighbors.

Pole dance (pole)
Pole dance (or pole dance) is a type of fitness that includes acrobatic and choreographic elements performed with a pole. By the way, a horizontal pole was used before, but as soon as it was placed in an upright position, the popularity of pole dancing increased dramatically.
There are many directions, each of which focuses on the individual components of the dance – performance, physical data, costume, musicality (transfer of mood of the composition), complexity of stunt elements, etc. Elements for performance at different heights are also divided.
